This course is aimed at those looking to start their own floristry or floral design business, take over running church flowers or a career change. Floristry and flower arranging skills are required on thsi course and we will look at developing your skills. Understanding of designs to a professional standard. We will also look at expanding the design schema, design techniques and colour wheel, along with an understanding of basic costings.

In this five-day course we will look at building on the skills learned in the three-day course, starting with a morning at the flower market looking at buying lists, buying mangement and stock ordering.

We will also look into costings and event planning, including time management.

• Day 1: Hand-tied designs, Collars & commercial packaging & designing for clients
• Day 2: Corporate Designs
• Day 3: Wiring, Buttonholes, Corsages & Crowns
Day 4: Wedding bouquet, Hand-tied and wired designs
• Day 5: Funeral work = singled and double ended spray pillow
